Assisting with admin, ordering, tracking and marketing online and overseeing customer reviews.
Assist with the admin of the company and products and preparing sales presentations and company prospectus.
Dynamic company presentations on PowerPoint.
General marketing and office admin and careful methodical sourcing of products and pricing.
Assisting with customer queries via phone and email; PA Duties and Functions.
Researching information relative to the business.
Working with the team on general admin sales company strategy.
You’ll be assisting the management and directors teams, in a small-medium global sized company.
- A minimum of a degree or advanced certification or higher diploma.
- Experience and previous corresponding work experience is absolutely essential.
- Excellent skills needed in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as any other online programs like Dropbox is essential.
- Spelling and the advanced understanding of English welcome to ensure correspondence is coherent and accurate.
