Introduction

A leading luxury travel company is currently seeking 3 Travel Specialists to join their already successful team in Johannesburg.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Must be able to deal professionally with suppliers and travel planners with mails and telephone calls
• Professional service to all guests
• Upselling of all the products that is available
• Planning itineraries for the guests
• Making sure guests have all the relevant documents to travel

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Must have knowledge in bookings within the whole of Africa
• Must be willing to work on a shift basis and handling cell phones on a rotational basis
• Must have 5 years relevant experience in a tour operating environment
• Working on a tourplan system would be an added advantage
