Duties & Responsibilities

  • Meeting and greeting clients.
  • Booking meetings.
  • Arranging couriers.
  • Keeping the reception area tidy.
  • Answering and forwarding phone calls.
  • Screening phone calls.
  • Sorting and distributing post.
  • Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form.
  • Dealing with queries on the phone and by email.
  • Facilitate the efficient administration of bids, bid reviews and associated bid documentation.
  • Monitor the tender submission process, ensure completeness of data and documents, compliance with requirements, ensure quality standards are adhered to, be aware of and ensure tender deadlines are complied with.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Administration qualification.
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
  • Consistent, professional dress, and manner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
